If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you must stop accessing and using our website, products and services.

 

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by notifying users of the existence of the amended terms and conditions through our website. By continuing to access our website, products and/or services, you agree to be bound by the amended terms and conditions.

All material on the Advanced Maths Group website has been developed by us, independently from the International Baccalaureate. Advanced Maths Group, our website and our products are not affiliated with or endorsed by the International Baccalaureate.

 

License for use

When you purchase our products in accordance with our terms of purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive licence to distribute or copy our products for the limited purposes and in the limited ways set out in these terms and conditions. The rights licensed under these terms and condition are personal to you and you may not assign or grant any sublicense in respect of these rights without our express written consent.

 

You may copy our products for the purpose of your personal, individual study.

 

If you are operating tutoring or teaching services or are an educational facility, you may copy our products for the purpose of assisting your students with examination preparation while they are enrolled with your services or educational facility. For this purpose, you may distribute our products without direct charge to students enrolled with your service or educational facility, and to tutors and teachers working within your service or educational facility.

 

When a student’s enrolment with you ceases or a tutor or teacher ceases working for you, you must undertake reasonable efforts to ensure that person does not retain a copy of our products. In the event that you discover that a former or current student, tutor or teacher is distributing or copying our products for use outside your services or educational facility, you must make reasonable efforts to stop the distribution or copying and report this to us immediately.

 

No part of our website or our products may be distributed or copied for any other commercial purpose, and in no circumstances may you on-sell or otherwise charge directly for our products.

 

You may not frame any part of our products or website by including advertising or other revenue generating material. Further, you may not remove or alter any trade marks or logos that appear on any of our products or website.

 

If you breach our terms and conditions, your licence to use our products ends immediately.

 

Registration and accounts

In order to utilise our website and products:

 

  • You must enter information required to open an account by following the registration process set out on the website; and
  • You must satisfy our registration criteria including undergoing verification checks to confirm your identity.

 

Account ownership may not be transferred or shared between multiple people or organisations. Where an account is operated by an organisation, that organisation’s employees and/or contractors may share use of the account provided that all products supplied through the account must only be used within that organisation.

 

You will ensure that all usernames and passwords required to access our website are kept secure and confidential and you will notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your password or any other breach of security.

 

We may prevent or restrict your access to the website or your account for any technical, security and or any other reasons at our absolute discretion. We will advise you as soon as practicable of any restrictions imposed on your access to the website.

Terms of Purchase

The Advanced Maths Group offers a subscription service or individual product purchases.

 

All prices quoted on the website are quoted in NZ Dollars (“NZD”). Payments that are received in a currency other than NZD will not be accepted and any attempted registration by you in respect of our website or products will be delayed until correct payment is made. All prices quoted on the website are subject to change without notice. You should confirm the price of a product or service before placing an order for it.

 

As payment for our subscription service or products, Advanced Maths Group accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards and Direct Bank Transfers. We do not accept Cash or Cheque payments.

 

We will charge your credit/debit card with the fee for the subscription service or products you select from our website. Once payment is processed, the selected subscription service or products will be made available to you. You must not without our prior written consent reverse or attempt to reverse any payment made for our subscription service or products.

 

Advanced Maths Group is operated in accordance with New Zealand law and is not responsible for any customs, duties, currency conversion or other charges incurred by users outside of New Zealand.

 

You can review your payment history and products you have paid for in the “My Account” section of the website.


Refund Policy

Advanced Maths Group offers a seven day refund policy, reviewed on an individual basis with you. You have the option to request a refund within seven days after purchase. However, it is our sole discretion whether to approve the refund.

 

The seven day refund policy is valid at all times, except within two weeks of the International Baccalaureate exams. In the event the International Baccalaureate exams are cancelled for any reason, we will not necessarily extend our refund policy longer than the seven day window.
